This week we talk about Jaila Gladden, a college student running to the store late at night to get medicine. When a man approaches with a knife and kidnaps her. Thinking quickly she shares her location to her boyfriend. We also talk about Mikey Lythcott and Stacey Eno. Two friends vacationing in Bali when riding back to their hotel late at night they missed a turn and fell down a cliff. Not being able to move they turn to their technology to try to help them. Episode 69: That Escalated Quickly

This week we talk about Kelly Huber, a bank manager who’s branch is closing. Just two days before closing, three men enter the bank and try to rob them. Things take a terrible turn when they make Kelly their getaway driver. This week we also talk about Jeff McDonald. A hunter who sees a naked man walking towards him with a saw in the woods. Trying not to upset the man, they start a conversation, but things escalate when Jeff gets hit on the head and blacks out. Listen to how they survived now!

This week we talk about Anna Nasset, a gallery owner who becomes a victim of stalking. Over years of this she decides to move to a different state, but that does not stop the man. We also talk about Curtis Winston. He takes his family white water rafting and when they have to repel down a waterfall, the water is too high. When he and his friend take their motorcycles out to ride “The Dragon”, one wrong move made them fly off the side of the road. Now unable to move and no service Kevin has to figure out how to survive.

When he shows up with not enough money, a group of masked men tie him up and throw him into the river. This week both of our stories have our survivors pronounced dead! Our first story is about the Orlando Pulse Nightclub shooting. This is where Keinon Carter went to have a fun night with his friend. When 2am comes around, a gunman shows up and opens fire. The next story is about Mary Neal. An avid kayaker who goes to Chile to kayak for vacation. When she is forced to go down a waterfall she gets lodged underwater upside down. Listen to how they survived now!

Episode 63: The Things You Do For Love

Happy Valentine’s Day! This episode we talk about a young couple who spends Valentine’s Day in the hospital to welcome their first child. Things go wrong when the mother goes into cardiac arrest and doctors figure out she has a rare condition, amniotic fluid embolism. We also talk about honeymooners who take a hike in a volcano. When the husband slips and falls, his wife finds him concussed and vomiting blood. Now she has to navigate her way back with no cell service and an injured husband. Listen to how they survived now!
